How can I get a PAN card if I am under 18?

You just need to fill and submit the Form 49A where you need to select Minor PAN option

For this you can submit physical form at TIN facility center of Visit TIN-NSDL website for Online Application

Till the age of 18, Your PAN will run by your parents and after 18, you need to update the same
